Course Enrollment Policy

  • Admission is confirmed only after full/partial payment of the course fee.
  • Students must provide accurate personal details during registration.
  • Once batch timing once selected cannot be frequently changed. Any request must be
    made in writing and is subject to availability

Fee & Payment Policy

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Students may opt for EMI or part-payment options (if available).
  • In case of a payment delay beyond the agreed timeline, access to classes may be paused.
  • Ocial payment receipts will be issued for all transactions.

Attendance Policy

  • Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory to receive course completion certificates.
  • Students must inform the coordinator in advance if they are unable to attend class.
  • Missed classes may be covered based on batch recordings or in future sessions (subject
    to availability).

Class Conduct Policy

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect trainers and peers.
  • Use of mobile phones during sessions (other than for class-related work) is discouraged.
  • Disruptive or unethical behavior may lead to a warning or removal from the course.

Course Material & Assignments

  • All course material is for personal use only and must not be distributed without
    permission.
  • Students must submit practical assignments on time to track their progress.
  • Live project work will be assigned based on batch performance and availability.

Certification Policy

  • Certification is awarded only after:
    Minimum 80% attendance
    Assignment submission
    Final project review (if applicable)
  • Certificates issued:
    Digital ONE Academy Course Completion Certificate
    Support for Google, Meta, and HubSpot certificates (based on individual progress)

Internship & Placement Policy

  • Internship opportunities will be oered based on performance and availability.
    Placement support includes:
    Resume building
    Interview prep
  • Referrals to hiring companies/agencies
    The academy does not guarantee jobs, but it provides full support for placement
    readiness.

Batch Transfer & Hold Policy

  • Batch transfer is allowed only once per student (within the same course), based on
    availability.
  • Course hold or deferral (due to valid reasons like medical emergency) must be requested
    via email, and approval is at the discretion of the management.

Code of Ethics & Misconduct

Any form of plagiarism, harassment, cheating, or violation of the institute’s rules may
result in:

  • Suspension from the course
  • No refund or certificate issuance
  • Legal action (in extreme cases)

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Student data will be used only for academic and career support purposes.
  • We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Communication Policy

  • All ocial communications will be made via:
    Email
    WhatsApp
    Phone calls from the academy’s registered number
  • Students are expected to respond promptly to messages regarding classes, assignments,
    or job/internship opportunities.

Declaration (for students to sign or accept):
